Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival at Srinagar: Begin Your Srinagar Leh Manali Bike Trip

Total distance: 20 km | Altitude: 11,560 ft

Arrive in Srinagar and check in to your hotel.
Tour manager briefs on safety, riding tips, and gear check.
Connect with fellow riders over dinner and rest for the adventure ahead.

Day 2 – Srinagar to Kargil via ZojiLa Pass: Uncover Historical Gems

Distance: 224 km | Duration: 8 hrs | Altitude: 2,676 mts

Ride through ZojiLa Pass, visit Kargil War Memorial, and explore Mulbekh Monastery.
Reach Kargil, have dinner, and stay at your hotel.

Day 3 – Kargil – Leh via Fotu La Pass: Immersed in Natural Splendor

Distance: 220 km | Duration: 6-7 hrs | Altitude: 3,524 mts

Ride to Leh, marvel at Moon Landscape near Lamayuru Monastery, and witness river confluence.
Visit Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, and Hall of Fame.
Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.

Day 4 – Leh- Nubra Valley via Khardungla: Conquer the Highest Motorable Pass

Turtuk is a charming village in the Balti tribe region under Indian administration
Spend time exploring the village and have lunch
Return to your camp in Nubra

Day 6 – Nubra – Pangong Tso: A Scenic Extravaganza

Distance: 180 km | Duration: 8 hrs | Altitude: 4,250 mts

Ride to Pangong Tso, enjoy scenic routes, and reach the campsite.
Dinner and overnight stay at Pangong.

Day 7 I Pangong to Hanle

Distance: 160 km | Duration: 7 hrs | Altitude of Hanle: 5290 mts.

Begin your journey early in the morning to make the most of the day and to witness the beautiful sunrise over Pangong Lake
Drive from Pangong Lake towards Chushul, enjoying the mesmerising views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

Day 9 – Hanle To Leh – Chumathang Hot Spring

Begin the day with an early breakfast in Hanle

Continue your journey towards Chumathang, famous for its natural hot springs renowned for their therapeutic properties.

T&C & Cancellation Policy

Booking Information:

To reserve a slot, pay 2500 per person when booking the trip
Balance payment need to pay 30 days before the tour starts
Endeavour Ladakh is not responsible for roadblocks, flight cancellations, or unforeseen situations
For children aged 5-8 yrs, it’s 30% of the total cost (without bed)
Children above 8 yrs are considered adults (extra mattress provided)

Cancellation Policy:

For the cancellation of services for any reason, Endeavour Ladakh must be notified in writing at endeavour.ladakh@gmail.com. At the time we receive your written cancellation, refunds based on the total fare are as follows:
- 30+ Days Before Departure: 50% of the total cost refunded.
- 15-29 Days Before Departure: 20% of the total cost refunded.
- 7-14 Days Before Departure: 10% of the total cost refunded.
- Within 7 Days: No refund.
- No show due to Fight cancellations: No refunds.
- Note: The booking amount paid for confirmation is non-refundable for all trips.
Cancellation Policy by Endeavour Ladakh
- If the minimum requirement of 7 participants is unmet, or due to other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In such instances, a full refund will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy (Fixed Departure & Private Trips)

More Than 30 Days Before Travel: One-time rescheduling is complimentary.
Within 15 Days: Changes are subject to availability and will incur a rescheduling fee, which includes hotel and transporter charges, as well as an administrative fee of INR 2000.

Force Majeure & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the tour due to uncontrollable events like natural disasters, political unrest, or war, etc. No compensation for financial loss will be provided. If high passes are inaccessible due to snowfall or floods, bike transportation may be arranged at an extra cost to the guest.
Flight cancellation: Endeavour Ladakh is not responsible for any flight cancellations.

Child Policy

Children under 5 years: Complimentary.
Children aged 5-8 years: 30% of the package cost per person.
Children above 8 years: Considered as an extra bed.
Children above 12 years: Considered an adult.

Refund Process

The refund amount will be processed within 5 business days.
All applicable refunds will be done via Bank Transfer to the traveller’s account only.

Confirmation Policy:

Payments can be done in 3 parts:

After processing the booking amount, you will receive an email confirmation.
Once you have paid the 100% amount for your booking, you will receive an invoice containing all the information about the trip.

Payment Terms:

Booking amount: 2500/- (Non-Refundable and Non-Adjustable)
40 days before the trip departure: 60% of the total cost is due.
30 days before the trip departure: 100% of the total cost is due.
