Cancellation Policy

For fixed departures:

Up to 30 days prior to departure: 20% cancellation.
Within 30 days of departure: 100% cancellation.
Full payment not received 30 days prior leads to cancellation without refund.

For private/customised tours:

10% cancellation before 30 days.
25% cancellation within 20 days.
50% cancellation within 10 days.
No refund for tours starting within 10 days, after starting, or in the middle.

Rescheduling Policy:

Before 15 Days from Date of Travel: One-time Complementary.
Within 15 Days from Date of Travel: Rescheduling cost borne by guest, subject to hotel and transporter charges.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control:

In unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, war, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel/reschedule/change your plans.
No compensation for monetary/value loss in such situations.

Caution:

Tours operate in remote and high-altitude places with increased risk; guests are advised to consider health risks and limitations.
