Terms and Conditions

Child Policy:

Children below 5 years are complimentary.
Children above 8 years will be considered as an extra bed.

Prices:

Prices are valid from the season of 2024..
Valid for a minimum of 02, 04, 06, 08 & 10 pax travelling together in one vehicle.

Payment:

100% payment required before the trip starts.
Cash & Online payments accepted.
Final confirmation provided on down payment.

Vehicle:

Provided as per the mentioned tour plan (Point to Point Basis only).

Refund Policy:

No refund or compensation for unused services/transportation under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy for Land Package:

10% cancellation charges if cancelled 30 days prior to the tour.
25% cancellation charges if cancelled within 20 days prior to the tour.
50% cancellation charges if cancelled within 10 days prior to the tour.
No refund for tours starting within 10 days, after starting, or in the middle of the tour.

General Policies for Bike Fixed Departure:

Check-in time is 12 noon/early check-in subject to room availability.
Minimum 7 riders required to operate one group.
Endeavour Ladakh reserves the right to cancel the group due to insufficient riders.
Day-wise itinerary may change based on traffic schedules/restrictions and unforeseen events.
Group members leaving the tour must pay for bike transportation from the leaving point to the tour endpoint.
Guests responsible for their luggage; only backpacks allowed, weighing not more than 10 Kgs per person.
Compensation for any damage/accident during the tour is payable by the guest.
Tour may be cancelled due to insufficient members, eligible for a full refund.

General Policies:

Guests must carry a valid photo ID proof (Electoral ID Card, Passport, & Driving licence) at check-in.
PAN cards not accepted as valid ID proof.
Endeavour Ladakh reserves the right to change policies without notice based on tour nature and season.
