Endeavour Ladakh is a travel agency operating in Leh-Ladakh, India. We are registered under the Jammu and Kashmir Department of Tourism with a license number TRM/TRL-287/2012 and are associated with All Ladakh Tour Operator Association. We specialize in organizing individual and group tours in various parts of the Leh, Kargil, and Zanskar region. We offer sightseeing tours, hiking and trekking, river rafting, camping, and numerous other cultural tours (See Tours). Additionally, we also have a growing collection of Royal Enfield motorcyles and motorcyle gears which we rent out. We are currently devising adventure packages most apt with motorcyling (See our motorcycle). We value our customers and pride ourselves in being good listeners to our customer’s requirements. Our specialty is truly in organizing customized tours for our clients and offering them the best possible experience while valuing their time, budget, and expectations.
Endeavour Ladakh is founded by two brothers of Gangba Family, Leh. Sonam Rinchen is the elder brother. He has a master’s degree in political science but prides himself in having opened his own company. At Endeavour Ladakh, he has assumed the role of Tour Manager. His responsibilities include finding clients, organizing itineries, and overlooking the general handling of the clients to make sure that his clients gets the best service in the region. His positive disposition and strong work ethic makes his client happy!
Tsewang Phunchok is the younger brother. He has many years of experience in the field while working at a international adventure tour company operating in Ladakh. He started at the bottom and ended up managing tours on site for this company. At Endeavour Ladakh, he brings his expertise in trekking, camping, and organizational logistics. He is familiar with the most unexplored trekking regions and his knowledge and hospitality is sure to leave the clients fully satisfied!
In addition to the brothers, Endeavour Ladakh also hosts part time workers over summer months, many of whom are local students who are on summer holidays and want to make money for their studies. Besides, Endeavour Ladakh contractually employs helpers, drivers, cooks, and other people. Since toursim is the main source of income in the remote region of Ladakh, we only employ local people.
