BOOKING AND CONDITIONS


BOOKING

Booking can be done directly by selecting the package on the website and clicking on the tab BOOK NOW available under each package. Each Tour will be priced on Standard/Deluxe/Premium accommodation throughout the itinerary including transfers and guides where stated. We will be happy to arrange any personalized tour that you would like which is not mirrored in the pre-planned packages on our website. CONFIRMATION

Upon receipt of the booking form, confirmation of a booking, which includes the essential elements such as the description of the Service(s) booked and the price, will be sent to the Client by e-mail. If the Client does not receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of placing the booking, he / she should contact by email: endeavour.ladakh@gmail.com or. Ph. +91-9419521004. If a particular hotel or similar asked by the client is not available, a suitable alternative will be offered. If the alternative is not acceptable to the Client, the client shall ask for a cancellation within 7 days of the receipt of the confirmation email. Then, the deposit will be returned in full and contract will be cancelled.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS

The Client shall pay a deposit which is 30% of the package price within 02 days upon receipt of the confirmation email. Full payment for the holiday package is due (04) weeks prior to the arrival of the client in Ladakh. If the payment is not received by the due date, we will treat the booking as cancelled and the deposit will be retained by the agency. If the client books the holiday within 04 weeks of the date of departure, the total cost of the holiday will be payable at the time of booking. Note: Some hotels require a full payment to confirm accommodation. In such cases, we will notify you and ask for a deposit payment for those hotels.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED BY THE CLIENT

We understand that circumstances in the duration between the booking and the holiday may require you to change plans or cancel your holidays. In such a case, it is best to inform us at the earliest. 1. ITINERARY CHANGE FEE

Service fee is charged with the value depending on when you request a change prior to scheduled arrival.

1a Changes requested greater than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival

An fee of INR.1500/- will apply for for each person per request. Any additional costs incurred for changes in arrangements will also be payable. If you change your holiday package to a lesser value, we will refund you the difference.

1b. Changes requested within 30 days from the date of arrival

An service fee of INR 2500/ will be charged for each person. Any additional cost incurred from changes in arrangement will be payable by the client. We will provide refund if you change your holiday package to a lower cost package. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the requested change will be fulfilled if request less than 15 days prior to date of arrival.

1c. Changes are requested within 15 days from the date of arrival

An service fee of INR 5000/ will be charged. Any additional cost incurred from changes in arrangement will be payable by the client. We will provide refund if you change your holiday package to a lower cost package. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the requested change will be fulfilled if request less than 15 days prior to date of arrival.

2. CANCELLATION FEES

If the client requests cancellation, some cancellation fees will be charged depending on when the cancellation is requested prior to scheduled arrival

2a. Before 30 days from scheduled arrival

Deposit only (Note that in this time frame we would have accepted only deposit)

2b. Within 30 days before scheduled arrival:

50% of the holiday package cost

2c. Within 15 days before scheduled arrival:

75% of the holiday package cost

2d. Between 7 days before scheduled arrival

90% of the holiday package cost

2e. Less than 05 days from scheduled arrival

100% of holiday cost

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY THE US (ENDEAVOUR LADAKH)

In very rare cases, we might need to change your holiday program due to unforeseen conditions. Most of these changes will be minor and we will inform you at the earliest possible date. In the rarest of circumstance, we may need to make a major change or cancel your holiday. We reserve the right to change or cancel your holiday arrangement. In case of change in the plan, you will have the choice of either accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from us if available (we will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value), or canceling your booked holiday and receiving a full refund. If it is necessary to cancel your travel arrangements, compensation will be provided. (Click on each case to learn more)

1. More than 15 days prior to the date of arrival

All deposit with us will be refunded. We do not ask full package cost more than 02 days in advance.

2. Between 10- 14 days before the scheduled arrival

100% of the holiday cost that has been paid in advance will be fully refunded

3. Between 2- 10 days before the scheduled arrival

100% of the holiday cost that has been paid in advance will be fully refunded + 5% of Holiday Cost as compensation

4. Less than 02 days

100% of holiday cost paid in advance + 10% of Holiday Cost as compensation.

5. Unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances

No compensation will be provided if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, for example, war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity , and its consequences, natural disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions.

PRICE MATCH POLICY

We are a licensed and registered local tour operator in Ladakh. We work hard to ensure we offer the best rates available for our service. However, should you receive a lower quote which is for the exact same holiday itinerary, please do contact us to initiate our price match policy. At Endeavour Ladakh, we pride ourselves on our personal service which is why we would really like to ensure that we have explored every possible avenue to offer you the holiday and price which meets your needs.

COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint on any of the services provided by us within the terms of the contract, initially inform your local guide or representative, who will do all possible to resolve the problem. Should the complaint be of a serious nature, please contact our Office.
