BOOKING

Booking can be done directly by selecting the package on the website and clicking on the tab BOOK NOW available under each package. Each Tour will be priced on Standard/Deluxe/Premium accommodation throughout the itinerary including transfers and guides where stated. We will be happy to arrange any personalized tour that you would like which is not mirrored in the pre-planned packages on our website. CONFIRMATION

 

Upon receipt of the booking form, confirmation of a booking, which includes the essential elements such as the description of the Service(s) booked and the price, will be sent to the Client by e-mail. If the Client does not receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of placing the booking, he / she should contact by email: endeavour.ladakh@gmail.com or. Ph. +91-9419521004.

If a particular hotel or similar asked by the client is not available, a suitable alternative will be offered. If the alternative is not acceptable to the Client, the client shall ask for a cancellation within 7 days of the receipt of the confirmation email. Then, the deposit will be returned in full and contract will be cancelled.

 

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS

 

The Client shall pay a deposit which is 30% of the package price within 15 days upon receipt of the confirmation email. Full payment for the holiday package is due (04) weeks prior to the arrival of the client in Ladakh. If the payment is not received by the due date, we will treat the booking as cancelled and the deposit will be retained by the agency.

If the client books the holiday within 02 weeks of the date of departure, the total cost of the holiday will be payable at the time of booking.

Note: Some hotels require a full payment to confirm accommodation. In such cases, we will notify you and ask for a deposit payment for those hotels.

 

CHANGES OR CANCELLATION POLICY

 

A. Changes or cancellation requested by the Client We understand that circumstances in the duration between the booking and the holiday may require you to amend or cancel your holidays. In such a case, it is best to inform us at the earliest. Contact Endeavour Ladakh to arrange for changes or cancellation at endeavour.Ladakh@gmail.com after reading the following change and cancellation policy.

A.1 Changes when requested 30 days prior to the date of arrival: An amendment fee of INR.2000/- will apply for each amendment for each person. Any additional costs incurred for changes in arrangements will also be payable. If you change your holiday package to a lesser value, we will refund you the difference.

A.2 If changes are requested within 15 days from date of arrival: An amendment fee of INR 4000/ will be charged for each changes. Any additional cost incurred for changes in arrangement will be payable by the client. We will provide refund if you change your holidays package to a lesser value. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the request change will be fulfilled if request less than 15 days prior to date of arrival.

A.3. If the client requests cancellation, some cancellation fees will be charged depending on when the cancellation is requested prior to scheduled arrival.

IF YOU REQUEST CANCELLATION OF THE HOLIDAY, following cancellation fee to be charged: • Before 30 days from scheduled arrival: Deposit only • Between 15 days before scheduled arrival: 50% of holiday cost • Between 10 days before scheduled arrival: 75% of holiday cost • Less than 05 days from scheduled arrival: 100% of holiday cost

 

B. Changes or cancellation by us (Endeavour Ladakh)

 

In very rare cases, we might need to change your holiday program due to unforeseen conditions. Most of these changes will be minor and we will inform you at the earliest possible date. In the rarest of circumstance, we may need to make a major change or cancel your holiday. We reserve the right to change or cancel your holiday arrangement. In case of change in the plan, you will have the choice of either accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from us if available (we will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value), or canceling your booked holiday and receiving a full refund. If it is necessary to cancel your travel arrangements, compensation will be provided.

 

IF WE (ENDEAVOUR LADAKH) CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY following refund and compensation will be provided.

• More than 14 days before the scheduled arrival: Deposit only. • Between 10- 14 days before the scheduled arrival: 100% of the holiday cost. • Between 02-14 days before the schedule arrival: 100% of holiday cost + 5% of Holiday Cost. • Less than 02 days: 100% of holiday cost + 10% of Holiday Cost.

No compensation will be provided if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, for example, war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity , and its consequences, natural disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions.

 

OUR PRICE POLICY

 

We are also a licensed and registered tour operator. We work hard to ensure we offer the best rates available for our service and advice. However, should you receive a lower quote which is for the exact same holiday itinerary, please do contact us to initiate our price match policy. At Endeavour Ladakh, we pride ourselves on our personal service which is why we would really like to ensure that we have explored every possible avenue to offer you the holiday and price which meets your needs.

 

COMPLAINTS

 

If you have a complaint on any of the services provided by us within the terms of the contract, initially inform your local guide or representative, who will do all possible to resolve the problem. Should the complaint be of a serious nature, please contact our Office.
